	Fredéric Clauss Chairman Frédéric Clauss, CEO of Nagra ID, has been responsible for defining and re-orienting the strategy of the company. Since he took the reins in January 2002, Nagra ID has experienced a turnaround and is currently enjoying year on year growth of some 40 percent. The company is focussed on innovation in security. Prior to his current position, Frédéric was Sales & Marketing Director at Swisscom Broadcast. He joined Swisscom with the specific charge to reorganize the department. He began his career at Alcatel Cable in Switzerland where he eventually became domestic and worldwide sales director.

	Mauro Saladini Director Mauro Saladini holds a degree in electrical engineering from the ETHZ (Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich) as well as an MBA from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France. After five years as a financial services consultant for Accenture, he joined Thema Consulting. He set up that company’s Zurich branch and managed its activities in the cash flow and risk management sectors. In 1997 he joined McKinsey & Co., where he became a partner in 2001. A major part of his work focused on corporate finance and strategy projects involving various industries, in particular media and telecommunications. In addition, Mauro Saladini was in charge of the Swiss Media Practice and joint head of the European Media Practice. At the start of 2003 he joined the Kudelski Group as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President.

	Francois Droz Director Founder of the compagny NagraID with the Kudelski Group François Droz is an inventor with over 30 years experience in material sciences. Mr Droz has been a director of NagraID Security since 2008 and is also the chief inventor at NagraID S.A. He developed and patented advanced production processes and techniques including the NagraLam cold lamination, and NagraFlip technologies that made it possible to embed electronics in standard ISO 7810 cards. Mr Droz’s research and inventions are pivotal in development of NagraID Security’s product lines.

	Philippe Guillaud Director Philippe is a co-inventor of the first reliable and mass-produced display card on the world market, while working as Chief technology Officer at Prosodie (nCryptone) and Innovative Card Technology. He also created other power-embedded ISO cards such as sound and acoustic security ISO tokens. He has been in the computer security business for the last 16 years. His skills in microelectronics and software development gave him the opportunity to work in various IT sectors (notably on-board systems for aeronautics, speech recognition, toll interactive TV and intrusion systems).

	Cyril Lalo Director Cyril Lalo has been the President and CEO of NagraID security since June 2008, assuming his full management responsibility including driving the company into high profile global markets such as the banking sector by securing partnerships with prestigious institutions such as MasterCard Worldwide. His innovative, analytical skills and interest in high technology gave him the opportunity to co-invent and patent the first reliable and mass produced display card. Mr Lalo has over 15 years of career experience heading several hi-tech products distribution businesses and was a former EVP at Prosodie Interactive, CEO and co-founder of nCryptone.
